BitAgrix, operated by Bitroot Technologies, respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and your rights.
To provide and secure the service, bill you, send receipts, reminders and alerts you ask for, give support, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. We send trial tips and farm alerts by email; you can switch optional emails off under Profile, Notifications, or with the unsubscribe link in each email. Account, security and billing emails are always sent.
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with trusted providers who help us run the service:

We keep your information while your account is open and for as long as we need it for billing, tax and legal reasons afterwards. You can ask us to delete your account and records.
Data is sent over encrypted connections, passwords are stored securely, and access is limited to people who need it. You can control what each of your staff members can see. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and sign out on shared devices.
We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and remember choices such as theme and photo size. We do not use advertising trackers.
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@bitagrix.co.za. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
